Who am I ?

It’s at Saint-Emilion’s wine making college, which welcomed me for four years whilst I was a student,

that I developed my knowledge and Palet for good wines. Good wines accompany good dishes, and life angled me

to then learn the cooking trade. A trade which allowed me to travel and work in restaurants across

Australia and New – Zealand. Upon my return in France in 1990, my mission was to share all that I loved about my home land région

of Bordeaux and all of it’s hidden treasures, bringing a new aspects to wine tourism, discovering the via the medium of bicycles.

I completed a state certificate allowing me to accompany groups on such adventures. Nowadays with a 25 year old

rich sharing experience, and many partnerships with professionals of the wine making world, I continue to offer wonderful itineraries

through which you can discover this history filled area along with its many estates, unique landscapes and of course its wonderful wines.
